   Hi I am from Mexico and have 4 questions.
   I saw in a video your machines, but I don't know how many models of Klic-n.Kut do you have?
   I am used to work with the Adobe Illustrator program can I use this program or do I have to download a special program to use the machine?
   The KNK is Macintosh compatible?
   I live in Mexico City, can you ship the machine here?

   We have 3 models that are for Scrapbooking purposes.

   KNK Groove-e (13" machine)
   KNK Maxx (15" or 24" machine)

   You can create files in Illustrator, but they would need to be opened in the KNK Studio software (provided with the machine purchase) and cut directly from that program.

   The KNK is NOT directly compatible with a MAC. You can use it on a Mac with a windows emulator and a compatible version of windows installed.....

   They do ship to Mexico, you would have to contact them or a retailer to get a price quote on shipping.

   Hi valeria,

   I'm happy to report that I use illustrator and a mac and I'm happily cutting away on my Groove-e. I use VMware Fusion (windows emulator) with Windows Vista and Illustrator CS4. I have Klik N Kut Studio installed on Windows (through VMware) and Illustrator on my Mac. I "share" a folder between Windows and my Mac where I put all of my files I want to cut. Then I can access them through the program.

   So far I'm very happy with how this is working. I'm fairly new to it but have had good luck so far.
